At 11:26 pm, the Brewers will be assigned the earliest-drafted (and signed) available player. If one of the commissioners is not around to assign the pick, please be aware that they will still receive that player (in other words, don't draft the player the Brewers are supposed to get after 11:26 just because we haven't assigned him yet).
At the moment, Javier Baez would be that player. If Baez is picked before 11:26, it will be Cory Spangenberg, followed by Brandon Nimmo.

If the Phillies fail to make up their pick, they will be given the highest overall drafted and signed player from the MLB draft. At the moment, that player would be Chris Reed, followed by Sean Gilmartin and Levi Michael.
