I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I just wanted to let people know I am stepping down as gm of the Angels. As much as have dreaded doing this for some time now, as it is hard to let go of all the hard work i have put into this team and the bonds I have built here, it is time. Due to a lot of other commitments and a lack of not having my own computer I don't have the ability to keep up with my team. This has been a great experience for me since the beginning of the league and have really enjoyed talking baseball with all of you. I have really learned a lot about baseball. For example due to my extensive research of prospects for this league, I told all my friends four years ago that the royals would win the world series in 2015 and now look like a genius because of all of you =) . I also wanted to lastly say that I really appreciate all the work the commissioners have put into this league since day one and hope all of you great success in life and your teams.

Thanks Mark, you've been a fantastic member of this league and this community for five years now and we've appreciated everything you've done for this league - and for your team! The Angels are about to see some real success thanks to your patience as a GM and hard work scouting out fantastic players. It's been a pleasure talking about the Mets with you, and watching you amass one of the most obscene collections of prospects I've ever seen. I think it's fair to call you a true Pro-GM legend. You've more than earned a chance to come back and rejoin the league should your schedule ever lighten up and if a team is open, so stay in touch!

First dealt with Mark in 2011 in a Zetaboards league.. I knew crap about dynasty leagues, I had only ever done redraft roto's.. and I learned more about values in these formats from him than anyone.
My first deal with Mark, I gave him Matt Weiters (just before his breakout) for a B- and a few C+ prospects..
You think, oh, not so bad..
I also gave HIM a 1st rd pick.
Best of luck in everything you do, Mark!

my first two trades with Mark both a few days after joining in mid 2011:
Angels Trade
2012 1st round pick (Dodgers) 2012 1st round pick (Cubs)
Tigers Trade
Drew Smyly (Minor) 16th Overall 2011 pick
and:
Tigers Trade
Nick Castellanos (Minor) Chance Ruffins (Minor) Hak-Ju-Lee (Minor)
Angels Tim Hudson (14.85M) (14) 14.85M (11) 7.5M (12) 2M (13)
got 2.5 seasons out of Hudson but I wish I had Castellanos today

He traded me a supposed fast rising SP in Jed Bradley for the very young Francisco Lindor who was only drafted a couple spots earlier in 2011. He had a way with trades. Taught me valuable lessons.
