The following non-tendered players are all available through free agency. In parentheses I have listed the year of service that the player would be in for 2012 had he been tendered. If you sign one of these guys to a one-year contract, any subsequent cost-controlled years become yours (so if you sign a 3rd year player to a one year contract, you have him at whatever price you signed him at for 2012 but then you have him back on the regular salary schedule for his 4th, 5th, and 6th years).
This list will be updated with each roster that I approve. It only includes free-agency eligible players who were cost-controlled last year. It does not include guys who are still 1st year players, or guys who were signed to one year contracts and could have been brought back but weren't, unless that player is a Type A free agent.

White Sox, I'm not quite sure what you mean. Keppinger and Ryan were non-tendered by the Giants. Are you saying you want to add them? If you want to sign either of them you can open them in free agency.
