Thanks Jay and good luck!

Big fan of Joyce for a long time. I'm not counting on him to match McCutchen's production, which will still be missed, but I expect even bigger things out of him than we've seen so far, and am much more confident going forward with him in the OF than I was with Fowler or Duda, though Duda's two extra years of control were a nice bonus.
