Most Regrettable Transaction (Again)

I posed this question a couple off-seasons ago but I feel like it'd be fun to ask it again. If you could undo one transaction (trade, FA signing, release, etc.) that you've done since taking over your team, what would it be?

Last time, I said my biggest mistake was trading SP Kevin Correia and 2011 5th Round Draft Pick to the Giants for the utterly useless and outrageously expensive 2B Tsuyoshi Nishioka ($11.9M contract).

This time, I think I'd have to say my Rickie Weeks signing a couple years ago (4 years, $14.1M) is my worst transaction. Now I'm stuck with him, hoping he can at least keep his starting job in real life so I can get at least a little production. Ugh.

I have a whole pile... sold my farm way too cheaply back when iw as trying to contend... traded Sanchez and Hedges to get Cashner, Trading glasnow hurt cuz i think he's going to be a stud, but the worst one was trading goldy...

Lets see, Granderson for 18M for a 1st rounder was a tough one, but that was due to injury.

This one looks pretty bad now. I gave too early on Sonny Gray and Swihart I really liked but thought having to RP would help me contend.

I eventually got Moore back but it was at a steep price. Didn't think too highly of Cobb at the time; obviously that's changed. Shields was a 6th year so I'm not too concerned about that, and the other pieces I gave up were pretty irrelevant. The problem is, so were all the pieces I received.

Edit: oops! Looks like I posted this same trade the last time this discussion came up. Well, as a newer trade I'm not too thrilled about trading Oswaldo Arcia for Mike Fiers. At least Fiers was useful in 2012 helping me win that pennant though.

Screwed up the first GM decision I had to make, which was what player salary to dump. I dropped SP Carlos Siva 4.5 million (2011) and kept RP Brad Lidge 11.4 million (2011-2012) instead thinking somehow that Lidge was coming back....wrong....carried that $11.4 million anchor for a season and a half.....

Cano AND a 4th rounder to the Jays for Zack Stewart and Sam Dyson. That more than counteracts losing on Betances, Brian.

If that's not enough I somehow traded Ivan Nova and Henry Owens to the Jays for Jarred Cosart. Questionable thought process there too.

Then of course, the next move was luis jimenez and alexi amarista for my 2012 first round pick
