We have decided to replace Jason as GM of the Braves. We hope this team can have a bright future under the leadership of a new, active GM.
If you know anyone who would be interested in taking over this team, have them message me and Brian with an application answering the following three questions: 1) what do you see as the team's strengths and weaknesses, 2) how would you go about addressing those needs short and long term (generally speaking - no specific targets, please) 3) what are your own strengths (and weaknesses) as a GM.

Thanks, Ben! Thank you for having me. I look forward to competing and getting to know everyone better.
As custom dictates, I'll let y'all know a little bit about myself. I'm from Virginia (Alexandria) and went to college with Nick DeCaria (GM of the Baltimore Orioles in this league) in Cleveland, Ohio. We've been competing against each other in fantasy leagues ever since. I'm a life long Mets fan, so I have suffered a lot in life...especially considering I am also a Buffalo Bills football fan...oy...and I am a die hard soccer and Manchester United fan... who now also suck.
I have a blind spot for toolsy players and Mets prospects, sometimes to my detriment. I've lived in New York City for the past 9 years. I have really bad seasonal allergies but despite this I like to hit up as many National Parks as I can. And Russell Westbrook is my current favorite basketball player, although I rarely ever watch NBA basketball.
Think that covers the essentials. If there is anything else, feel free to ask.
Looking forward to the season.
Toy

Do you miss Cleveland? I'm the resident Clevelander here. Welcome to the league and happy to have you!

Hey, another Mets fan! This league has had a lot of us over the years, but that number has dwindled a bit of late. You bring us back up to five though, I believe!
And a fellow New Yorker. I lived there my whole life until four years ago, then moved to Minneapolis and am now outside of Detroit.
Arsenal supporter here, though.

Jon, I have to be honest, Cleveland was really, really cold in the winter. But I did have fun there in college. Nick and I went to Case Western Reserve Univ. I haven't been back in a while but things seems to be looking up there these days with Lebron & Co. plus the Indians making it to the WS.
Ben, I oddly found myself in Minneapolis earlier this year visiting my cousin. She lived in the warehouse district I think...nice city. Arsenal are looking a lot better than United these days. Alexis Sanchez and Oezil seem to be really clicking. It will be tough for anyone to break the City/Chelsea combo this season though.
