Starting the offseason

Hi folks! A couple of things I want to say as we start our offseason.
As you probably saw, Brian posted a "Post 2019 rosters here" thread today. Go ahead and do that as soon as possible. We'll let you know about the deadline for that soon: pro-gm.proboards.com/thread/6407/post-2019-rosters
When you post your roster, please know that if you go off your current "Official Roster" it's still behind. I'm working my way through processing trades and I'm *almost* at opening day 2018. I know, I know, that means there's a lot left to do and I'm sorry for being still so far behind. It just means you'll have to go through and include any trades not already marked "OFFICIAL" yourself as you process your roster. Please keep this in mind.
I'm adding one very strict rule this offseason: you may not make any trades until you post your roster. If you post a trade and both teams' rosters have not yet been posted, I will immediately cancel it. The reason for this is twofold: one, it makes sure everyone is accountable and gets their roster posted quickly. But two, and most important, is it means all of the posted rosters will be correct as of the same date. In previous years, when one team posted a roster early and one team posted a roster late, and in between they made a trade, it meant that the trade was reflected on one roster and not the other. Now that can't happen - since you can't make a trade until you post your roster, and you can't edit your roster after posting, it means all of the rosters will be contemporaneous (accurate as of today's date).
Thanks, and that's it for now! Looking forward to a big offseason!
