We will not be sending out email alerts that it is your pick during the compensation round and all later rounds. During these rounds, you will only have 6 hours to pick.
If the person before you runs out of time, it is your pick right away. You do not need to wait for a commissioner to say that the person before you has missed their pick - in fact, you should not wait. All you need to do is see when the person before you went on the clock and add six hours. If six hours pass and they still haven't picked, they've missed their pick and you may pick immediately.
