2012 Roster Approval

I'm beginning to look over the 2012 rosters that you've posted now. 20 rosters have been posted, and of the nine teams that have not posted yet (not counting the Diamondbacks), three are being removed right away, with more possibly to follow. If you are one of the teams that haven't posted yet, please do so ASAP, or I will decide either a) to remove you from the game or b) to decide on your roster for you, tendering contracts to all players and leaving all minor leaguers in the minors (potentially making them eligible for the rule 5 draft). You do not want this to happen, because then you will not be able to drop the players that you might have been hoping to get rid of.
As I look over the rosters, I will be looking for a few things. Among the things I will be looking for are:
Do you still have all the players you are supposed to have? Did you remove the players you were supposed to remove?
Did you tender the appropriate contract to each player that gained a year of service time?
Does your salary add up correctly?
I will NOT be checking to see if you called up every minor leaguer who now should be a second year player. If you failed to call someone up that is no longer a first year player, you haven't done anything wrong per se, but you may lose that player in the Rule 5 draft, so you need to be responsible for checking your minor leaguers to see if they need to be protected (if they have the service time to be second year players or later). If you notice someone you wish you had called up and want to correct it, PM me; do not edit your roster. If you're confused, PM me. You can always call them up later, but you might be too late to protect them from the Rule 5 Draft.
Although I will be checking to see if the contracts you tendered are enough, I will NOT be checking to see if the contracts you tendered are too much. For example, if you have someone who was a third year player in 2011 but who did not get the necessary ABs, IPs, or games pitched to gain a year of service, then you should have tendered them a third year contract again. If you accidentally tendered them a fourth year contract and overpaid them, that's a mistake that I will not be checking for. If you catch your mistake later, you will be able to change it by PMing me, but in the meantime you'll be operating under the impression that you have less money than you really should.
Once your roster is approved I will update your roster in the Official Rosters page, and I will PM you. If there is an issue with your roster and it cannot be approved, I will fix it and PM you notifying you of the change.
The start of the Rule 5 Draft will be the non-tender deadline, and that date will be announced at least one week before it arrives. If, between now and that time, you change your mind on a player you tendered a contract to or on a player you didn't tender a contract to, you can PM me and I will make the change for you (unless there's an unforeseen reason why it can't be made). After that time, you can no longer change your mind on the players you did or didn't tender.
I will be posting a complete list of non-tenders before free agency starts.
