Salary Cap Increased

As planned, the salary cap will increase for 2012. The exact amount of increase will be different each year, but for this first year we've decided to give a relatively large increase of $5 million. The new salary cap is $105 million.
Please note that in future years, the caps may not increase by nearly as much.
