Having a trade vetoed can be frustrating for a gm, and in some cases in past leagues has caused gms to abuse their veto rights because their trade was vetoed. While we don't believe it has occurred yet in this league, the commissioners believe the potential for such abuse exists. Therefore, as a means of alleviating the temptation to abuse veto rights, any gm whose trade has been vetoed must wait 24 hours before using their veto rights on another trade. This will not prevent the gm from vetoing a trade, but will delay their ability to veto in order to give that gm time to consider objectively whether that trade should be vetoed.
