In these early stages of the league we are still trying to get the feel for a lot of things, such as the value of players, prospects, draft picks, and years of service. We're also trying to get a feel for the way trade vetoes should work. Thus far we believe that the vetoes have been used more than we would like them to be. We don't want to take away the privilege of vetoing because it's a good way to keep the league fair and balanced. However, if vetoes are going to be used as often and for such loose criteria as they have been so far, then we feel a change in the veto process is necessary. As such, the number of vetoes required to overturn a trade will be increased to 8 vetoes. This new policy will be in effect for all trades agreed upon after 12:00am on January 15th.

vetoes should only be used if there is convincing evidence of collusion. if an owner accepts a bad deal for them, they should have to pay the price. its not up to us to run their team for them.

I agree -
By the way - you two are doing a great job with the league. I'm sure its a lot of work but the effort is appreciated and hopefully will lead to a fun, long and sucessful league.
Keep up the good work gentlemen!

I agree with Indians. Great job guys. Not easy handling 30 teams with 2 people.
