New GM: Royals

Drew has stepped down as GM of the Royals due to having insufficient available time to dedicate to the league. In his place, I am pleased to welcome back Mike, who was the GM of the Rangers from January 2011 to November 2011. I have faith in Mike as a capable, reliable, and committed GM, and when he left, I let him know that he'd always be welcomed back, even though our general policy is still that GMs may not leave and rejoin the game with a new team. Although Mike still has a busy schedule, he now feels capable of holding a GM position again, and I am happy to welcome him back.

Mike has informed me that he will be out of town for a week, so he may not get back to PMs for a few days if you send them right away.

Just want to say I'm really glad to be back in the game. I'm unfortunately out of town for work until next Monday, so the best way to get in touch with me will be via PM as I have very limited access to gmail/gchat.
