The Royals have missed their pick and may make it up until 9:45 am. The Red Sox have missed their pick and can make it up until 1:45 pm.

To make up for an invalid pick (Michael Stutes, who should have been protected on the Phillies major league roster but for an error on my part), the Tigers have received the option of adding any non-rostered 24+ minor leaguer, receiving an additional Rule V pick next winter, or receiving one additional post-draft addition. They have chosen to use this option to roster OF Tyler Gibson, Detroit.
