There have been a number of accusations that the pirates have violated the spirit of league rules and as defined by the honor code in the rules the commissioner reserves the right to take action deemed necessary if the rules or the spirit of the rules are violated. Because Ben is asleep at the moment I am placing the Pirates on temporary probation until Ben and I can investigate what rules if any have been violated and what action to take. During this probation the pirates roster will be frozen and he will not be allowed to make transactions. Please pm me with any questions or comments regarding this matter.

Pirates roster is officially unfrozen. The commissioners have spoken with him and he has demonstrated that he understands why his actions upset people and were against the spirit of the rules. I encourage those who were frustrated with him to give him a second chance now that he better understands the effects of his actions. Again, any comments or questions should be sent to me via pm.
