The rules mention that rule violations may result in fines or probation. Fines are pretty self explanatory (some money will be added to your payroll and subtracted from your available cash), but what is probation? Probation means that your team's moves will be analyzed with extra scrutiny. We will be looking extra carefully to make sure that you are operating within the rules and do not appear to be colluding in any way. At the same time, we will be looking to make sure that the moves you make are in the best interests of your team and the league. That's not to say we will veto any trade that hurts your team, but if it looks like you are deliberately sabotaging your team or the league, we will take action. While your team is on probation, the commissioners will have full veto power over any of your team's moves. The usual veto system will still be in place, but the commissioners will be able to veto even without the league votes. And, if you are on probation, any additional rule violations will most likely result in expulsion; in other words, one more strike and you're out.
