You may send players on a $0.4 million contract down to the minor leagues at any time. Post names of the players you'd like to have sent down here. Remember that a player on any other cost-controlled salary besides $0.4 million must pass through waivers to be sent down. Players on veteran contracts may not be sent down.

Cubs and Braves:
Cashner, Russell, and LeBlanc are not first year players, so they are "out of options." To send them down to the minors they have to pass through outright waivers. If you attempt to put them on waivers, however, anyone can claim them within 72 hours and if they are claimed you can not pull them back. There's really no reason to do that unless your major league roster has a full 40 players (which neither of you has).
Instead, what I think you meant to do, and what I'm going to do for you, is put the players on your reserves. They'll still be on your major league roster, but won't appear on your roster on Yahoo. You can reactivate them at any time by posting in the "reserves" section.
