Secondary Free Agency is the free agency that will occur during the season. Unlike primary free agency, you may not sign players to multi-year contracts during secondary free agency - only one-year contracts are allowed. However, there is no maximum dollar amount for these one-year contracts. Furthermore, there are no discounts, and no compensation picks awarded.
The only players who can be signed during secondary free agency are players with at least one year of service. The 24-year-old rookie rule does not apply.
Upon signing a free agent, make sure to post in the *Yahoo Moves* thread to let the commissioners know you want him added to your Yahoo roster.

Free agent threads should no longer be opened in the Primary Free Agency section. Secondary Free Agency is now open.
