Sticcs has been removed from his position as GM of the Pirates. We now have a vacancy for this position, so if you or anyone you know might like to take over, please have them email Ben (bigben10471@yahoo.com) or register on the board and PM either Ben or myself with an application stating the team's strengths and weaknesses, general plan for addressing the team's needs (no specific names, please), and own strengths and weaknesses as a GM.

Hey everyone, hope you enjoyed your weekend. Just a quick introduction and hopefully I'll get to know most of you through PMs and talking baseball.
I'm 28 live in Barrie Ontario (1 hour from Toronto) Jays fan, university graduate currently working in finance for a large Canadian auto parts buying group. Enjoy playing sports currently in a couple softball leagues and golf, but have played many different sports over the years. Have been a homeowner for almost 4 years now and have a 2 1/2 year old 120lb female mastiff cross.
Have played fantasy baseball and am currently in another single season league, but this is my first keeper league, but I am familiar with hockey keeper leagues. Plan on being an active GM who will respond to all PMs, but I don't expect to rush into any huge trades as I would like to familiarize myself with the league, rosters and trade values of players.
Looking forward to joining what seems to be a good active community and thanks to Ben and Brian for accepting my application.
