We have decided to replace Matt as the GM of the Pirates due to inactivity. We thank Matt for his time in charge of the team and are sorry to see him go, but are excited to see the new direction that the Pirates may go with a fresh start. If you know anyone who would like to apply to take over this team, have them send a private message to me and Brian describing:
1) What they see as the team's strengths and weaknesses
2) How they would address the team's immediate and long-term needs (no specific names of players please, just an outline of a general plan of attack)
3) Their own strengths and weaknesses as a potential GM
A strong applicant will demonstrate through his responses that he has read and understands the rules of the game and will be an active and committed GM and member of the community.
