NFL Lockout of 2011-2012 vs. MLB Strike of 1993

How are they going to be compared? The "Lockout" hasn't happened yet. But what happens when it does? Will people look at the NFL with disdain? They all thought the MLB didn't play for the money, but there was more to it than that. But perception is key.

I think football has a big enough fan base to still be ok even if they do lock out for a full season it's gonna really suck though i might have to get more into college ball.

Does anyone know what next years draft would be like if the lockout happened? same order or would there be a lottery? Im a Broncos fan so as much as i would hate to see a lock out 2 straight 2nd overall picks would be nice.
