Alex Wood, LHP, Grade B-: Borderline B. Unconventional but it works, had some excellent outings and should move quickly through the system. This grade may go up a notch but I have a couple more things to review first.
Tony Wolters, SS, Grade B-: Borderline B. Solid contact hitter had fine summer in the New York-Penn League, controls zone well, gets on base, effective runner, Indians say he has a chance to stick at shortstop, although with Lindor around a switch to second is very likely. That would be a nice double play combo.
Chun-Hsiu Chen, C, Grade B-: Taiwanese catcher had breakthrough '10 season.
Nick Delmonico, 3B, Grade B-: Excellent power potential, but he didn't hit as well in high school as he should have and glove at third base will need work. Potential to rank several spots higher next year if he adapts properly

Austin Adams, RHP, Grade C+: Very live arm, high upside, made a lot of progress last year.
Matt Packer, LHP, Grade C+: Could rank a lot higher, had a great year.
Rob Bryson, RHP, Grade C+: Here's another live bullpen arm.
Josh Judy, RHP, Grade C+: Another good bullpen arm.
Corey Kluber, RHP, Grade C+: Possible fifth starter or long reliever.
Jake Sisco, RHP, Grade C+: Junior college pitcher drafted in the third round last year, throws hard, projectable, flashes a complete arsenal but not consistent yet. High ceiling with a chance to be special.
C
Ross Seaton, RHP, Grade C: Still has the raw material to be a good pitcher, and he's been badly rushed. It would not surprise me to see him perform much better in his second attempt at Corpus Christi.
Gabriel Rosa, 3B, Grade C: Second-round pick out of Puerto Rico, hit poorly in rookie ball and has strike zone issues but also has all the tools to succeed.
