Larry has decided to step down as GM of the Phillies. The Phillies are a team with a lot of young talent, but they can't seem to hold down a GM. I know if we can find a long term GM for this team they can be turned into a real contender.
If you know anyone who would be interested in taking over this team, have them message me and Brian with an application answering the following three questions: 1) what do you see as the team's strengths and weaknesses, 2) how would you go about addressing those needs short and long term (generally speaking - no specific targets, please) 3) what are your own strengths (and weaknesses) as a GM.

Thanks guys! Look to take this team with some solid young guys and turn them into a real contender in a few years! I am 18 and in my first year of college. I am from upstate NY and believe it or not have been a diehard Red Sox fan ever since I can remember. I even have a tattoo to prove it. I take my sabremetrics seriously so if I inquire about a player that you have no clue why I'd try to trade for, you know I seen something lol anyway, thanks for having me guys, glad to be the new Phillies GM!
