Sorry Toy, that's my bad. It's in the Official Rules but it seems I never actually wrote it out in the bidding procedures thread. I'll add it now. Brian is in the lead currently, if you want to outbid him you need to go to $16 million. Blue Jays have the leading bid of four years, $15 million per year.
