Narrowing from 13 to 10 was the hard part, lots of deserving names on this list.. Hoffman was the one that hurt the most to exclude. I think he'll get in one day.
Also narrowly missing the cut, Sheffield and Sosa.

Voted for Hideki because I think he really helped Japanese players break into the sport

With 30 owners, it takes 23 votes to reach the 75% Rule used in real life. Going off of this, any player with less than 11 votes will be left out this year, this includes: Damon Hernandez Carpenter Hoffman Hudson Huff Ishringhausen A. Jones Kent Lee Lidge Martinez Matsui McGriff Millwood Moyer Rolen Santana Schilling Sheffield Sosa Visquel Wagner Wood Zambrano

As of now there are 21 ballots submitted. To be enshrined in the HOF, a player needs 16 votes (75%). As of now we'd be enshrining:
Bonds Clemens Vlad Chipper Mussina Thome
This is the 2nd year in a row we would've enshrined Bonds, Clemens, Vlad, and Mussina. Last year we also would've enshrined Jeff Bagwell (who did get in the HOF in real life) and Manny Ramirez. Interestingly, we would not have enshrined last year's real-life Hall of Fame inductees Ivan Rodriguez (1 vote short) and Tim Raines (5 votes short).

Interesting that we got the top 3 right, but we had Hoffmann 9th. (Behind Clemens, Bonds, Mussina, ManRam and Larry Walker)
With Bonds and Clemens making non/minimal headway, anyone think they make it in one day?

With Bonds and Clemens making non/minimal headway, anyone think they make it in one day? My guess is there are a lot of people intentionally making them wait until their final year on the ballot, and still others who are simply putting off dealing with it until then. I think they'll make it in their final year. The popular opinion seems to have swung in their favor and I think the public/media pressure is gonna be intense.
