Jesse has decided to step down as GM of the Royals. Jesse has run the Royals for two years. He inherited a team that had recently traded away most of their long term assets, but was able to start rebuilding that team with a patient approach focusing on prospects and the future. After recently re-enrolling in school, Jesse has decided he no longer has time to dedicate to this league, and has stepped down in the hopes that a new owner will be able to build on the youth movement he started.

If you know anyone who would be interested in taking over this team, have them message me and Brian with an application answering the following three questions: 1) what do you see as the team's strengths and weaknesses, 2) how would you go about addressing those needs short and long term (generally speaking - no specific targets, please) 3) what are your own strengths (and weaknesses) as a GM.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Michael Conard. I’m a huge Chicago Cubs fan. I’ve been playing fantasy baseball since I was 12 and have been doing dynasty leagues the last few years, actually a b2b champ in one of those leagues! but don’t worry, I knew taking over this team was going to be a challenege and will require a bit of work and I’m expecting it to take some time to get things where I think they need to be. On a more personal note I’m 23 from a small beach town southeast Orlando, FL. I’m a father to 2, well will be 2 in a couple months, as well as a husband. Currently finishing up college.
