Yu Darvish is not a Free Agent. He's still a 6th year controlled player for the Phillies since he only got 40 IP & 8 G in 2018.

Trevor Plouffe and Martin Prado are both Free Agents. Phillies bought out their contracts in 2018. Martin Prado was subsequently picked up by SD in secondary free agency ($0.6, 2018)… which now this contract would have expired.
