Thanks everyone for your patience as this offseason has gotten off to a somewhat slower start. I hope you're all looking forward to getting things moving!
Most rosters are posted, and we are making sure the last ones get up ASAP. Trades have largely been processed nearly to the trade deadline as well (although any payroll and roster size information on the official rosters should be completely ignored right now). I will be starting the roster approval process shortly now that we're finally getting caught up with everything else.
So, on to the exciting stuff:
The Rule 5 Draft will begin this Saturday at 12 pm (noon) E.T.
A Rule 5 thread and information on that will follow. For now MAKE SURE YOU ARE CALLING UP ANYBODY IN YOUR MINORS WHO HAS COMPLETED A YEAR OF SERVICE OR YOU RISK LOSING THEM.
Free Agency will begin this Sunday at 12 pm (noon) E.T.
An unofficial free agents list has been posted (thanks Jon!) so you can start researching who will be available, although there are some special cases on that list who might not actually be eligible due to service time (hence why it's unofficial). Starting free agents will be selected randomly from the top available names by this weekend.
Free agency will likely overlap with Rule 5, but we've decided that we'd prefer to do this and get everything started rather than delay free agency further.
That's it for now! Stay tuned for updates.

Call up your players or risk losing them in Rule 5!!! 1) Check the 2019 roster you posted here: pro-gm.proboards.com/thread/6407/post-2019-rosters2) Make sure that nobody in your minor leagues has qualified for a year of service in any past season (exceeds 130 ABs for hitters, exceeds 50 IP or 25 games for pitchers) unless it was a season in which they were redshirted 3) Call up any minor leaguer who has completed a year of service by posting in promotions or PMing me to edit your 2019 roster. If you're not sure if a player has exceeded the limits, call him up anyway! There is absolutely zero downside to calling up a player prematurely, as long as your major league roster is below the 40 man limit. Remember, editing your clubhouse roster is NOT SUFFICIENT for calling up these players. The only roster that matters is the one you posted in "Post 2019 Rosters Here"
