I've found it somewhat hard to find long lists of prospects for the year (too much crap of previous years). Obviously each site has their own bias so take any info as such. This first link has up to 420 rankings and also breaks down rankings by position (to right side).

and for stats on an individual minor leaguer I use milb.com (it's the official website of all minor league baseball)
