Remember, a clubhouse is just a personal workspace. Nothing you post here will ever be official. It will not result in actual changes to your official roster, etc. Promoting a player on your clubhouse roster does not protect him from Rule V, for example. Removing a player from your roster does not non-tender or cut him, and failure to follow through in the proper, official channels could result in you being on the hook for money that you thought you weren't paying.
When you take the reins of a team, I give you moderator powers in your clubhouse. You can edit or delete any of the previous GM's posts. I always encourage you to keep them for a couple weeks just in case they have something useful in them, or better yet, copy and paste them into a word doc that you can save in your files elsewhere.
